The shoes look amazing but dont fall for the looks.
I am petite and I ordered IRIS black heels. When i got the order the designed appeared off.
For background - The size was 34/35 and heel height ordered was 3inch flare ( changed it to 3.5 inch later after having a chat on their support number). My order was placed after an initial chat and after i placed the order. The order was reviewed and my herl choice was confirmed which is also when i changed it to 9cms
Now, when I got my heels -I saw the ball to heel space was very low ( it was also because of the heel height I chose according to the owner). That shape made the whole standing and moving position uncomfortable. For some with varicose veins, this is hell in any way.
Now i have been given the option to alter the front to tighten it a bit so my foot doesn’t slip. But will that change the fact that- “for smaller feet smaller heel height works better?”
This is the recommendation i got after I got back to request return/ repair.
Should a shoe maker not give this recommendation while placing the order? Isn’t it their business and experience based on no of clients served?
Pls don’t fall for marketing, buy dance heels where you can go in person. Otherwise it becomes a blame game where you are the one who is wrong
