Return & Exchange

1. SIZE CHANGE

- Shipping will be completely free for the first exchange only. The shipping cost to our warehouse is to be borne by the
sender.

- Service available only for orders withinIndia.

- Only ONE free size change per order is allowed.

- You have 14 calendar days to change the size of a product, counting from the date of receipt

- Do return the product(s) to us in the original unworn condition. There will be no exchange if the product have been used or damaged. Please try the product on a clean surface.

- Please keep the tags on and receipts safe. No take-backs without them.

- Please use proper packaging, preferably the original Natya shoes packaging to return the product. Product damaged in
shipping due to improper packaging will not be exchanged.

- We do not offer returns or exchanges on
customized shoes or accessories. However, fitting adjustments for customized
shoes will be done. Length cannot be changed.

- Once the products are received, we will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to send the required size.

- Changes from one model to another willnot be accepted, You can only change the size. To exchange an item for another, shipping and return will be borne by the customer.

 

2. RETURNS

- To initiate returns, please write to us at natyashoes@gmail.com and state the reason for return. - Photographs/Videos are always helpful in order to understand your issues better.

- We will take it up from here and you will receive immediate communication from us.

- Do return the product(s) to us in the original unused and unmarked condition.

- Please keep the tags on and receipts safe. No take-backs without them.

- Please use proper packaging to return the product.

- You have 14 calendar days to return the product, from the date of receipt (some exception may apply).

- The shipping cost of Rs 500 that originate as a result of the return will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

- We do not offer returns or exchanges on customized shoes or accessories. However, fitting adjustments for customized shoes will be done. Length cannot be changed.

- We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or incorrectly sent non-Natya products to our warehouse.

- Products damaged in shipping, due to insufficient packaging will not be taken back

- Refunds are generated within 2-7 business days

Taxes and any other incidences are non refundable.

3. Returns in case of incorrect or defective product(s):

- To make the return, the product must be in unworn and unmarked condition, in its original packaging.

- Once we receive the product(s), we will verify the condition and the issue to proceed with the refund.

- Color variations from photos depicted on your website are not considered a defect. Lighting effects used to photograph the product may cause the colours to appear lighter or darker.

- At the sole discretion of Natya Shoes, we may repair the item, in case of minor adjustments, in lieu of refund or offer you another pair in exchange of the returned product. The same will be communicated to you through email. At all times, our objective is to see you satisfied with your purchase. We make every attempt to fit the shoes properly and find the right type of footwear for everyone.

4. Returns for other reasons.

- The shipping costs that originate as a result of the return will be borne by the customer.

- We will deduct Rs 500 of the product value as expenditure originated in the initial shipment.

- You will receive the refund through the same payment method that you used to make the purchase after deducting the cost of the original shipment.
