Shipping policy
Natya Shoes is dedicated to providing our consumers with a hassle-free buying experience. We provide shipping services throughout India. Our shipping policy is intended to ensure that your products are delivered in a timely and effective manner. We are constantly striving to reduce the shipping time.
We make every effort to process and ship your order as fast as possible. After payment confirmation, orders are normally sent within 10-15 business days. Your order's expected delivery time is determined by your location and the shipping type you select during checkout. Please keep in mind that these are just estimates and are subject to change due to unforeseeable situations beyond our control.
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included in the calculation of the delivery deadline. For international deliveries, the indicated delivery times are approximate and may be subject to variation depending on the shipping area or unforeseen events such as customs delays.
The delivery will be made to the customer's door at the address provided in the shipping information. If the customer needs to modify the delivery address, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
If a customer needs to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, they can do so by sending an email with the relevant order information. If the order has already been processed or shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Tracking Your Order
We will send you an email with tracking information once your product has been sent. You may also check the status of your order by login into your Natya Shoes account and selecting "My Orders." Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 24 hours following shipment.
Undeliverable Packages
We will contact you to confirm the shipping address if a package is returned to us as undeliverable. If we are unable to contact you or if the address is still inaccurate, we will cancel the order and no refund will be offered.
